Meet Mike, a prominent figure in the world of business and a driving force behind several remarkable ventures. As a Partner and majority shareholder of AtPoint, he continues to shape the landscape of success and innovation.

Mike’s illustrious journey began with the formation of E-Services Group (Jamaica) in 2000, where he held the role of the majority shareholder and Chairman. Under his astute leadership, E-Services Group experienced remarkable growth, expanding to a workforce of 4,300 employees. In 2009, E-Services Group merged with ACS, setting the foundation for what is now the thriving enterprise, Conduent.

His entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there. Mike also founded Delta Card Services, a venture that was eventually acquired by Woodforest Bank in 2001. Remarkably, in 2011, he returned to serve as Chairman, further strengthening the organization until its eventual sale to Paysafe in 2017.

In addition to his pivotal role at AtPoint, Mike currently serves as Chairman of several distinguished entities, including United Energy Group, Paysafe Associates, Mirand Response Systems, Inc., and Park Ten Capital.

Beyond his business acumen, Mike actively contributes to various philanthropic and advisory roles. He is an esteemed Advisory Board member of the Navy SEAL Legacy Foundation, Chairman of the Boys and Girls Endowment Foundation, and an Advisory Board member of Arbor School.
