Security and business continuity are top priorities at Mirand Response Systems (MRS). The following standards are employed by MRS to ensure the highest possible security and disaster recovery:

MRS corporate offices are located in Houston, TX.
The collections center is managed out of Houston, TX, with additional onsite management in our Caribbean collections center.
All monies collected by MRS are deposited and stay in a trust account in the U.S.
ll data is securely stored in Houston and backed up in Denver, CO.
The Caribbean collections center is staffed by agents averaging three years experience and has an annual turnover rate below 20%.
All employees must pass a rigorous background check.
All employees are subject to random drug testing.
All physical facilities are secured and restricted to authorized personnel only via card key entrances.
